SHIPPING POLICY Free Shipping: Orders totaling $50.00 or more (subtotal), shipped to locations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for complimentary shipping! Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will incur a standard shipping charge of $6.99. At this time, AZ Biotech does not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).

Standard Shipping: Orders under $50.00 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $6.99. Most orders are expected to arrive within 2-8 business days from the date of order placement. Orders made after 3:00 p.m. Central Time will be processed on the following business day. Please note that occasionally, certain items may be out of stock; in such cases, a full refund will be promptly issued for the unavailable items.

New, unopened items purchased through azbiotech.us can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original card used for the order. Regrettably, returns cannot be accommodated after the 30-day window.

In cases of damaged or incorrectly shipped items, we request that these items be returned within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser, unless there are reasonable circumstances preventing this action.
